Platinum– Gold RMM + All you can eat service time (Fair Usage policy aggregate of all devices), Huge discount on overages

Business Class Services

Standard M-F 8:30-5:00

Follow the Sun M-F 8:30 – 9:00

Extended – Saturday Included *can be added to standard or extended.

On Demand – Hourly, Emergency/Weekend, Vacation/Staff support (planned)

Prepaid – Term Agreement, Discount on hours selected, standard next business day response (NBDR), minimum includes basic monitoring, overages at regular price, hours expire monthly.
